LUCAS GREEN is a Senior Investment Analyst at EIP, where he assists with the firm’s asset and data management process while helping the investment team conduct market research and analyze potential investment opportunities. Lucas joined the firm in April 2026 and holds a double major in Economics and Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.

Prior to EIP, Lucas completed a rotational management training program at Strategy Inc with rotations in Revenue Operations and Financial Planning & Analysis. Earlier, he served as a Sustainability Analyst at Leidos, building Scope 3 emissions estimates and analyzing EU sustainability regulation. Previously he was a Research Assistant at Bolsa de Cereales in Buenos Aires, Argentina researching carbon and commodity markets and at CATIE in Turrialba, Cost Rica conducting ecological fieldwork.

Lucas is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys wildlife photography, backpacking and racquet sports.
