Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial investment team. In this role, you will support members of the investment team and other stakeholders across all stages of the investment lifecycle. Responsibilities include market research, investment due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, investment onboarding, investment management support, and assistance with investor reporting. This position provides a great opportunity to gain experience in private equity. You will work on a team that values initiative and collaboration with a focus on real assets, natural resources, and ecosystem services. 

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market & Industry Research 
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging market dynamics, and regulatory developments. 
  • Conduct robust primary and secondary research to uncover key insights, even when direct information is limited. 
  1. Investment Due Diligence 
  • Assist with gathering, validating, and analyzing data for potential acquisitions and new investment opportunities. 
  • Support review of financial, operational, and market risks. 
  1. Financial Analysis & Valuation 
  • Build and maintain financial models, conduct quantitative analysis, and support the valuation process. 
  • Synthesize financial data to inform decision-making and project-level planning. 
  1. Investor Reporting & Communications 
  • Support preparation of investor updates, quarterly reporting materials, and performance analyses. 
  • Collaborate with project managers, directors, and managing partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting. 
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners, consultants, and stakeholders across diverse disciplines.
