EIP Management Team Announcement

Ecosystem Investment Partners (EIP) is pleased to announce that Adam Davis and Heath Rushing will join Nick Dilks as Managing Partners of the firm, and that David Urban and Katherine Birnie have each earned the title of Managing Director. All four individuals have demonstrated a passion about and dedication to the goals of EIP to deliver strong investment returns while conserving and restoring our nation’s landscapes.

Adam has been a part of the EIP team in various senior roles since its founding in 2006, and has been a Partner with the firm since 2009. He is a co-founder and was previously Editor-in-Chief of Ecosystem Marketplace. Before joining EIP, he was President of Solano Partners, Inc., a consulting firm focused on environmental investment and conservation finance.

Heath joined the EIP team in 2014 as a Managing Director and has over 20 years’ experience investing in large-scale natural resource real estate and conservation opportunities across the US. Heath was a co-founder of Fountain Investments, Inc. and New Nevada Resources, LLC.

Nick Dilks, a co-founder and Managing Partner of EIP stated, “Adam and Heath each bring a unique blend of background, wealth of experience and great vision to the management and ownership of our firm, and I am delighted that our long-term goal of expanding the senior leadership team is being realized. This announcement caps off a year of growth and success for EIP having closed its third investment fund, Ecosystem Investment Partners III at $303 million in commitments, expanded its team from eight to eleven professionals and successfully launched new stream and wetland mitigation banks in West Virginia, Minnesota and Kentucky.
