WAUKA MOUNTAIN MITIGATION BANK II (WMMB2) is a 29-acre site located in southwest White County, Georgia, within the bottomland riparian zones of the West Fork Little River and its unnamed tributaries. Positioned in the Upper Chattahoochee River watershed (HUC 03130001), the site lies approximately 10 river miles upstream of Lake Lanier. 

The upstream watershed of WMMB2 spans roughly 1.6 square miles and is primarily forested. It includes the existing Wauka Mountain Mitigation Bank (WMMB), further contributing to the conservation and restoration efforts within the region.
