CATHERINE CARMEN is a Managing Director and the Head of Investor Relations at EIP where she leads the Firm’s capital raising efforts and oversees all investor communications. Catherine has over 11 years of experience in the asset management industry and prior to joining EIP in 2022, she worked in Institutional Sales & Client Service at T. Rowe Price, a global asset management firm, covering institutional investors across the Americas and a diversified set of offerings across asset classes. Catherine’s deep experience spans global distribution, investment marketing and brand management as well as institutional reporting.  

Catherine received a BS from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MBA in Finance from the Loyola University of Maryland, Sellinger School of Business. Catherine is based in EIP’s Baltimore office and spends time in the field bringing investors out to visit EIP’s portfolio assets across the country.
