Managing Director & Head of Operations and Policy

KYLE GRAHAM is a Managing Director and the Head of Operations and Policy at EIP and leads the Firm’s large-scale, pay-for-success projects for public sector customers across the country as well as oversees the EIP Operations Team and Firm’s policy efforts. Kyle has over 24 years of experience in environmental permitting and public policy and prior to joining EIP in 2020, Kyle was the Executive Director of Louisiana’s Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority and served as Louisiana’s Trustee for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

Kyle currently serves as the Vice President of the Board for the Ecological Restoration Business Association and resides in Boulder, Colorado, with his family. Kyle received a BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina and a MS in Biology from Appalachian State University.

What does your role at EIP entail?

I utilize my private and public sector experience to help develop Pay for Performance solutions to address regional and national environmental priorities.

What excites you about EIP’s impact in the world?

EIP’s approach offers the opportunity for us to provide innovative solutions for some of the largest ecological concerns in our nation. From the marsh of Louisiana to California’s Sacramento Bay Delta, we are making quantifiable improvements.
