HEATH RUSHING is a Managing Partner at EIP, and joined the firm in 2015. He works with the acquisition and underwriting teams in deal sourcing, structuring, and underwriting, with an emphasis on stakeholder alignment of interest and risk management.

Heath has over 20 years of experience investing in natural resource real estate and conservation opportunities across the U.S., including his role as a co-founder in Fountain Investments, Inc. and New Nevada Resources, LLC. He has a BBA from Mississippi State University.

What led you to this line of work?

I’ve been involved in conservation real estate deals ever since college. I’m a very practical person, and wherever you have people, you’re going to create impacts.
