Zachary Davidson
ZACHARY DAVIDSON is a Managing Director at EIP, where he helps lead the firm’s investment management process. Zack has over 13 years of experience in capital markets, project development, natural resources, environmental sustainability, and investment origination. Prior to joining EIP, Zack was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays in New York. While at Barclays, Zack provided capital markets advisory services to a variety of stakeholders in the Natural Resources sector.
Having grown up in Saint Petersburg, Florida and Park City, Utah, Zack enjoys spending his time exploring the backcountry and being on the water. Now based in Baltimore, Zack has a BA in Environmental Studies from New York University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

What does your role at EIP entail?
I creatively collaborate with the EIP team to identify, structure, and manage the financial performance of firm’s regionally significant environmental restoration projects.
What drew you to this line of work?
My interests in entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability were seeded in my passions for exploring and conserving the natural world. I fostered these interests by pursuing educational and professional experiences in sustainable infrastructure
What about EIP’s work excites you?
I’m inspired by the EIP team’s ability to bring together a variety of stakeholders to create first-of-their-kind public-private-partnerships for environmental restoration. These models have the potential to accelerate the development and protection of sustainable infrastructure.
