Q&A with David Urban

What does your role at EIP entail?

I am directly responsible for the entitlement, construction and delivery of credits as part of EIP implementation strategy. My day-to-day responsibilities include management of a team that partners with local teams on the ground to develop restoration projects — from design, to permitting, construction, and then maintenance and monitoring.

What excites you about EIP’s impact in the world?

It’s exciting that EIP is able to bridge the environmental and the economic world, bringing solutions to both by conducting restoration and providing a vehicle for environmental outcomes to be understood in financial terms.
