Pay for Performance

INDIAN CREEK is located in the Anacostia watershed of Prince George’s County, a rapidly developing area between Baltimore, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. On behalf of our customer, the Maryland State Highway Administration, EIP will restore over 25,000 linear feet of Indian Creek as mitigation for various road projects being built around Washington D.C. EIP is providing a large-scale, full-delivery solution to this client through our innovative Pay for Performance model. Under this model, EIP delivers all phases of the project for a fixed price, and these customers pay for the projects only as we deliver specific milestones. EIP’s turnkey services include land acquisition, restoration design, permitting, construction, financial assurances, monitoring and maintenance until all required restoration success criteria have been achieved.
